The availability of building sites on the rivers, lakes and golf courses, is constantly changing, but there are still waterfront lots available as well as golf course lots. There are also greenbelt lots in Sugarmill Woods, equestrian lots in Pine Ridge, waterfront lots in Riverhaven and acre lots in Citrus Hills. Villa and cottage lots provide sites for smaller homes and/or winter use only. Each community has different guidelines as to size of homes, villas, and condos but, in reality, there is something for everyone.
